0. Who you are contracting with

Dream Wedds is operated by Elite Innovates Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India with its registered office at Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India and GSTIN 09AAICE1716C1ZZ. Correspondence can be sent to Apex Golf Avenue, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Complaints are handled by our Grievance Officer, Richa Gupta, reachable at grievance@dreamwedds.com — see the Privacy Policy for the full disclosure required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Dream Wedds. Give us accurate details when you register, and keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

You'll need to confirm your email address before you can sign in. One person may hold one account, and a single account may manage several weddings.

2. What we provide

Dream Wedds gives you tools to build a wedding website from a designer theme, manage a guest list, collect RSVPs, and send invitations and reminders by email and WhatsApp. What's available to you depends on the theme and add-ons you've purchased.

We may add, change or withdraw features. If we remove something you're actively relying on, we'll give you reasonable notice.

3. Your content

Everything you upload — photos, names, your story, event details — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content, purely so we can provide the service: rendering your website, generating share previews, and delivering the messages you schedule. This licence exists only to run Dream Wedds, ends when you delete the content or your account, and does not let us use your wedding in our marketing without asking you first.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload — including photographs taken by a professional photographer, who may retain copyright even in pictures of you. Check your photography contract before uploading.

4. Guest lists and messaging

When you upload a guest list you are asking us to process other people's personal data on your behalf. You confirm that you have a proper basis for doing so and that your guests would reasonably expect to hear from you about your wedding.

WhatsApp and email invitations are sent on your behalf, as you instruct. You must not use Dream Wedds to send marketing, promotional or bulk messages to people who haven't agreed to hear from you. Doing so breaches Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy as well as these terms, and can get our messaging access restricted — which would affect every other couple on the platform. We may suspend messaging on your account immediately if we detect it.

Message delivery depends on WhatsApp and on your recipients' settings. We can't guarantee every message arrives, and a message consumed from your balance that fails at the carrier or WhatsApp end is not automatically refunded — see the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload anything unlawful, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or infringing someone's rights
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to a wedding or a person
• Send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages through the platform
• Attempt to break, probe or overload our systems, or bypass usage limits
• Scrape, resell or redistribute our themes, designs or content
• Use the service to run a business unrelated to your own event without our written agreement

6. Payment and subscriptions

Themes are sold as time-limited subscriptions. Add-ons — extra gallery capacity, additional events, WhatsApp message credits — are sold separately and are tied to the wedding you bought them for.

• Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency you've selected, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are handled by our payment gateway; we never receive your card details
• Purchased WhatsApp credits expire on the date shown on your add-ons screen. Expired credits are not refundable and don't carry over
• When a subscription ends, your published website may be taken offline. Export anything you want to keep before then
• We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects something you've already bought

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Dream Wedds available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may take the platform down for maintenance, and we'll try to schedule it away from peak wedding season and give notice where we can.

Keep your own copies of your photographs and guest list. Our backups exist for disaster recovery, not as a personal archive.

8. Our intellectual property

The Dream Wedds name, logo, platform, and the design of every theme belong to us or our licensors. Buying a theme subscription gives you the right to use that theme for your own event for the subscription period. It does not transfer ownership, and it doesn't let you resell the design, extract its assets, or reuse it for someone else's wedding.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, Dream Wedds is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or opportunities, or for content you or your guests upload. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We're not responsible for failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, including WhatsApp or email providers, payment gateways, or your own internet connection.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Dream Wedds and request deletion at any time through our data deletion page.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud, or where we're required to by law. Where it's proportionate we'll warn you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we close your account for a breach, you are not entitled to a refund for the remaining period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're a consumer elsewhere, this doesn't remove protections you have under your own country's mandatory consumer law.

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly through a support ticket.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for anything significant, tell you by email or in the app. If you don't accept the new terms, stop using the service and request deletion. Continuing to use Dream Wedds means you accept them.
